Election Calendar

Lancaster Group Nominating Committee is accepting nominations for the Executive Committee (9 member board). Four seats are open for a 2- year term (2023 – 2025). If you are interested in applying for consideration or have questions, contact the NomCom at SCLancasterElections@gmail.com.

ExCom Election Calendar

•  June/July vote to approve online elections.
•  June/July establish NomCom.
•  Sept 10 – last day for information submission by nominees to the Nominating Committee
• Sept 21 – NomCom reports Candidates selected to Excom
• October 5- Deadline for receipt of ballot issue petitions with properly completed petitions with 15 signatures (petitioners included) of members who are in good standing, and who has been a member for 60 days from the date of the petition, include a 100-word bio statement to SCLancasterElections@gmail.com
• November 1st – Mail list is pulled for Ballots – You must have your membership in good standing on THIS day in order to vote in this election.
• November 7th Newsletter with Ballots sent to Printer.
• November 7th – Chapter Sends ballot email and postcard to those without email.
• November 7th – Email sent with Ballot link opening election
• December 7th – voting ends
• December date tba – Chapter is running the elections
• By December 31st – Election committee validates election and announces new Excom
